Intelledox presented The Australian National University with the Infiniti Excellence Award for Digital Transformation recognizing their outstanding achievements in digitalizing their travel approval process. The Infiniti Excellence Award recognizes and celebrates Intelledox customers that have used Infiniti to achieve outstanding success, improve service delivery and solve complex business problems in innovative ways.
The Australian National University, following the donation of the Infiniti software in September 2014, has been driving digital transformation across the university aiming to automate and streamline business processes with the long-term goal of administrative improvement. The'Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre' established within the University's Service Improvement Group works closely with business areas to make tedious administrative tasks more efficient.
Intelledox and ANU first started working together in 2014 to help improve the university’s travel approval process. In just eight weeks an Infiniti self-serve workflow was developed to transform the process. The new web-based system replaced 10 individual manual forms processes duplicated across the University, fully integrating with the core HR, Finance and Student systems, and externally to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website.
The new travel approval process was launched to staff and students in November 2014 and after experiencing how easily Infiniti streamlined and digitised this process, a priority list for future projects was developed. Infiniti is now used to facilitate centralised digital administrative processes for ANU.
