Additional information can be displayed when the question’s help icon "" is clicked in the web form.
Note: HTML can be used to apply special formatting to question text and include images, hyperlinks and other valid HTML features. To apply HTML, simply include the appropriate HTML tags in the Help Text property for the question. It is recommended that the <SPAN> tag is used to format text.
